If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it back to us for an exchange or credit only. We allow exchanges for new and unused merchandise within 7 days upon receipt of the order. Exchanges can only be made after you receive an exchange authorization number from the customer service department. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your exchange request without a proper authorization number from MySassyDog. To make an exchange, please email us at support@mysassydog.com. We do not offer an exchange or refund for apparel custom orders. The customer is also responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges on discontinued or shop-worn merchandise.

Defective merchandise:
If your product is defective due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will gladly replace the product at no additional shipping charge to you. Please contact us by email or phone – support@mysassydog.com or 604-568-0981.

Wholesale orders - re-stocking Fees:
We will assess a 20% restocking fee for any returned product. No exceptions.

Return instructions:
Please contact us by email at support@mysassydog.com to obtain an exchange authorization number before shipping the item. Please indicate on the box or package (RETURN). We suggest you use Fedex, UPS, Canada post, US Post with a service that provides a tracking number as we are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
